I am an installation
based sculpture artist...

Lucy Erb

I am an installation based sculpture artist exploring themes of cross cultural symbolism and the psychology of how we perceive beauty through nature. To accomplish this I create sculptures using metal, wood, fiber, and when possible, local sustainable materials. I hope to create an inspirational experience that people of all ages and backgrounds can enjoy. I believe that we are all alike in mind when searching for beauty and mysteries of our world.

The techniques I enjoy most are mixed media watercolor, carving, silk painting, and fine metal working. I also have some experience with felting, weaving, screen printing, woodturning, welding, vacuum forming and many other techniques. I am always looking for new ways to expand my artistic knowledge and am willing to try any form of creative expression.
